Job summary

A luxury heritage hotel in George Town is seeking an HR Executive to manage daily HR operations and support recruitment and staff welfare. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality, and a degree in HR or a related field. Proficiency in Malaysia's employment laws and basic bookkeeping is essential. Interested applicants should send their résumé and expected salary to our HR department.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in HR or HR administration roles.
  • Working knowledge of Malaysia employment laws and statutory requirements.
  • Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily HR administration, including onboarding and leave management.
  • Maintain HR files and employee records according to regulations.
  • Assist with recruitment and prepare HR documents.
  • Support training schedules and HR-related coordination.
  • Manage purchasing of hotel supplies and related tasks.
