Butik Bulan Bintang Melaka, a leading Malay fashion retailer, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Part-time Promoter to join our team in Melaka Tengah, Melaka. As a Promoter, you will be responsible for showcasing and promoting our latest Malay traditional attire collection to customers, ensuring they have an exceptional shopping experience.

• Perform and maintain stock replenishment to ensure a fully stocked store.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Able to ascertain customers’ wants and needs.
• Keep up to date with product information.
• Accurately describe product features and benefits.
• Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Actively engage with customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to help them find the perfect Malay traditional outfit.
• Demonstrate and promote the features and benefits of our Malay traditional clothing range.
• Ensure the store is well-presented and merchandise is displayed attractively to drive sales.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve store targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.

• SPM and above.
• Working hour: 10.00am to 11.00pm (shift rotation).
• Able to work in retail hours (shift, weekends and public holidays).
• Candidate must be willing to work at Butik Bulan Bintang Melaka (Location: Near AEON Bandaraya Melaka).
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers of all backgrounds.
• Excellent product knowledge and a keen eye for fashion trends.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including weekends and public holidays.
