Collaborate with product management, project teams, and developers to align testing strategies with product goals and technical requirements.

• Design and develop comprehensive test scenarios for complex, web-based supply chain systems.
• Create detailed, traceable test cases from both functional and technical specifications.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance test automation scripts using established automation frameworks and tools.
• Execute scheduled automated regression tests and validate results for accuracy and completeness.
• Analyse automation test results and investigate performance or stability issues.
• Troubleshoot software defects and work closely with development teams to identify root causes and ensure timely resolution.
• Track, document, and manage issues using tools like JIRA or similar bug-tracking systems.
• Engage actively throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure quality is embedded from start to finish.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives in QA processes, tools, and overall product quality.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to the team’s technical growth.

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience in both manual and automated testing within enterprise software environments.
• Deep understanding of software testing principles, QA methodologies, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, JMeter, or equivalent open-source frameworks.
• Strong experience in executing white box, gray box, and black box testing techniques.
• Hands‑on knowledge of SQL for test data validation and scripting experience for test automation.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and participation in sprint‑based delivery cycles.
• Exposure to logistics or supply chain management systems is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
• Strong communication and documentation skills with attention to detail.
