Job summary
A leading retail company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Executive in Human Resources & Administration. This role involves screening candidates, preparing payroll, and coordinating staff movements. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management and 2-3 years of relevant experience. Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in related fields.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and expedite recruitment processes.
- Coordinate all staff movements and documentation.
- Prepare monthly payroll for temporary and casual workers.
- Conduct orientation and facilitate onboarding for new hires.
- Maintain employee databases and HR records in compliance.

- Prepare monthly payroll for temporary and casual workers accurately and promptly.
- Manage personnel administration tasks, including overtime and insurance/medical claims.
- Conduct orientation and facilitate onboarding for new hires.
- Address employee grievances, organize engagement events, and provide guidance as necessary.
- Maintain employee databases and HR records in compliance with regulations.
- Administer training and development documentation.
- Oversee office administrative duties and monitor inventory of supplies and receptionist.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Psychology, Social Science, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Competent administrative/organizational skills and fine attention to detail.
- Able to work at Sunway 163 office.
