Job summary

A leading regional company in Malaysia seeks an experienced HR Executive to manage payroll, employee benefits, and foreign worker permits. The ideal candidate holds a degree in HR or related field with a minimum of 3 years' experience, preferably in manufacturing. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR systems is essential, along with strong communication skills. Familiarity with Malaysian labor regulations and the ability to speak Mandarin is a must. The role requires commitment from Monday to Saturday (half day).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Proven experience handling foreign worker permits and documentation.
  • Good knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act and labor regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Administer employee compensation programs.
  • Handle foreign worker permit applications and compliance.

Skills

Hands-on experience in Payroll administration
Experience with HR systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Good communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to speak Mandarin

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related field
