A leading engineering firm in Kuala Lumpur seeks an HR professional with 3-5 years of experience, preferably in healthcare or veterinary fields. Candidates must demonstrate strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and compliance, alongside proficiency in various HR tools such as HR2000 Payroll and online leave applications. The role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills while handling confidential information discreetly. This position offers a dynamic work environment in a reputable company.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or veterinary.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems and platforms.
- Ability to handle confidential information.

- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Laws & compliance.
- Hands‑on experience with HR2000 Payroll, Online Leave apps, HRDF, Immigration, MS Office, Zoom, and HR-related platforms.
- Tech‑savvy: Able to use Canva, social media, online recruitment portals.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Discreet and able to handle confidential information.
