Job summary
A leading logistics company in Malaysia is looking for an HR professional to administer core HR processes. The successful candidate will manage employment relations, develop solutions to HR issues and conduct recruiting activities. A bachelor's degree in a business discipline and a minimum of 2 years experience in HR are required. Excellent problem-solving and software skills are also essential. - Administers core human resource processes including employment, labor and employee relations, performance management and workforce planning within a specific business unit or subsidiary.
- Develops and recommends solutions to a variety of human resources issues.
- Administers approved company-wide employee relations policies and practices.
- Works with managers and employees to investigate and resolve employee relations issues.
- Prepares reports and analyzes data from human resource information systems for information reporting and management decision making.
- Develops internal communication materials regarding benefits, compensation, and other human resources policies and procedures or other internal business issues.
- Conducts executive, exempt, technical, non-technical and nonexempt recruiting support and counsel including sourcing, interviewing candidates, conducting reference checks, preparing correspondence, and extending employment offers.
- Possess with a minimum of bachelor's degree in a business discipline or relevant education.
- Minimum of 2 years experiences in HR field.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels off organization.
- Demonstrates the knowledge and skills needed to do the job at a high level of accomplishment.
- Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Problem solving skills (excellent).
