Heritage Hotel Cameron Highlands – Cameron Highlands, Pahang

Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager, this full-time Human Resource Executive role is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and services to the Heritage Hotel Cameron Highlands' team. Based in the scenic Cameron Highlands region of Pahang, this position plays a crucial part in maintaining the hotel's commitment to employee wellbeing and professional development.

• Assist with the full cycle of the recruitment process, including job postings, screening applications, conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations
• Manage employee onboarding, including orientations, new hire paperwork and setting up personnel files
• Administer employee benefits and handle queries related to leave, payroll and other HR-related matters
• Collaborate with department managers to identify and address employee relations issues
• Organise and facilitate training and development programmes to enhance staff skills and knowledge
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
• Support the HR team in executing HR strategies and initiatives that drive employee engagement and satisfaction

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within the hospitality industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with employees at all levels
• Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with HR information systems
• Excellent problem-solving, multitasking and time management abilities
• A collaborative team player with a proactive and customer-oriented approach
• Knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices
