HSL CONSTRUCTOR SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated and driven Human Resource Executive to join our dynamic team in Iskandar Puteri, Johor. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing our most valuable asset – our people.

• Overseeing the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
• Developing and implementing effective human resource policies, procedures, and best practices
• Providing support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
• Coordinating and managing employee training and development programs
• Maintaining and updating employee records and HRIS systems
• Assisting with compensation and benefits administration
• Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives

• A Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the construction sector
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
• Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Thorough knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and regulations
