A leading chemicals company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Human Resource & Administration Executive. This full-time position focuses on managing HR functions such as recruitment, payroll, and employee relations. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of a Diploma/Degree and have 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist. The role also involves assisting in office administration and compliance with labor regulations, all within a collaborative work environment.

We are seeking a passionate and driven Human Resource & Administration Executive to join our team at Kong Long Huat Chemicals Sdn Berhad. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within our thriving organisation.
What you'll be doing
Human Resources :
Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, performance management, and manpower planning.
To manage payroll processing, HRIS data, and HR documentation.
To handle foreign workers matters from new application, work permit renewal, FOMEMA arrangements, Insurance renewal and check out memo etc.
To coordinate HR-related activities such as training, performance management and employee relations.
To keep abreast of all labour-related regulations, liaise with government statutory bodies and ensure compliance with such policies to minimize any legal risks and regulatory compliance issues.
To assist in preparing and maintaining documentation for ISO 9001 and other internal/external audits.
To assist to maintain and implement HR related policies and procedures and provide guidance for good understanding and interpretation of these guidelines by all employees.
Any other adhoc task assigned.
Office Administration :
To work together and ensure the upkeep of good office condition including the office maintenance.
To assist in general office administration matters including coordination of staff events, and employee engagement activities.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field.
Min 3 - 5 years' work experience as HR Generalist
5 days' work (Monday to Friday)
Applicants must be willing to work at Sri Utara Business Park, Kuala Lumpur (Next to Lotuss Selayang)
Public transport - MRT Bus via MRT Sri Delima Station
