Job summary
A global logistics company is seeking an HR professional based in Selangor to manage core HR processes, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and handle foreign worker management. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a business discipline, at least 2 years of HR experience, and strong software skills. This role offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to a well-established logistics organization with a focus on talent retention and development.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience with foreign worker management.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws.
- Ability to analyze data for decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Administer core HR processes including performance management.
- Manage foreign worker compliance with local laws.
- Conduct recruitment support including sourcing and interviewing.

- Administers core human resource processes including employment, labor and employee relations, performance management and workforce planning within a specific business unit or subsidiary.
- Foreign worker management in compliance with Malaysian labour laws and regulations.
- Develops and recommends solutions to a variety of human resources issues.
- Administers approved company-wide employee relations policies and practices.
- Works with managers and employees to investigate and resolve employee relations issues.
- Prepares reports and analyzes data from human resource information systems for information reporting and management decision making.
- Develops internal communication materials regarding benefits, compensation, and other human resources policies and procedures or other internal business issues.
- Conducts executive, exempt, technical, non-technical and nonexempt recruiting support and counsel including sourcing, interviewing candidates, conducting reference checks, preparing correspondence, and extending employment offers.
- Possess with a minimum of bachelor's degree in a business discipline or relevant education.
- Minimum of 2 years experiences in HR field with hands-on experience in foreign worker management.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels off organization.
- Demonstrates the knowledge and skills needed to do the job at a high level of accomplishment.
- Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Willing to work at Pulau Indah (PKFZ).
