To assist the HR Executive in foreign worker management, including new foreign worker applications, work permit renewals, and FOMEMA.
Handle new and renewal applications for foreign worker permits, liaising with relevant government departments such as the Labour Department, Immigration, and MIDA.
Responsible for recruitment of foreign workers, renewal of work permits, and medical check-ups.
Provide required reports in a timely manner when needed.
Ensure the welfare and well-being of foreign workers under the company's employment.
Prepare and issue various letters, including IR letters such as show cause, warning, and reminder letters, as well as C&B letters like confirmation, within the stipulated time frame.
Assist in developing relevant HR policies and procedures, act as the custodian of all HR policies, and guide managers accordingly. Maintain and update HR policies and procedures as required to keep them current.
Advise and support on issues related to labor legislation and disputes.
Ensure all employee records and reports in the HRIS are maintained accurately and up to date.
Ensure strict compliance with the requirements of EPF, SOCSO, IRD, industrial laws, and other regulatory bodies to prevent penalties or fines.
Generate timely HR reports and data as required.
Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by management from time to time.
