About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Executive to join the dynamic team at Lai Ngit Sen Sdn Bhd. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in our sales efforts, contributing to the growth and success of the company. This is a full-time position based in Northern Region/ Selangor/ Johor.

What you'll be doing

Negotiating and closing sales deals to meet or exceed targets

Providing excellent customer service and follow-up support

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business

Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer information

Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within your territory

Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies

Preparing and presenting sales proposals and pitches to potential clients

Continuously expanding your product knowledge and sales skills

Collaborating with the marketing and technical team to provide total health solution to clients

What we're looking for

Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a similar role

Providing excellent customer service and responding promptly to client inquiries

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers

Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Accurately recording and reporting sales activities and performance data

Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills

What we're looking for

Preferably a degree in Agriculture/ Animal Science/ Animal Husbandry/ Biomedical/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the animal health industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with clients

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to provide tailored solutions to client needs
