Job summary
A marketing company in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Sales Executive to identify business opportunities and maintain client relationships. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, responding to customer issues, and staying updated on market trends. Candidates should have at least 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the beauty sector. Fresh graduates with a passion for sales are welcome to apply. Excellent communication and multitasking skills are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in sales or related field.
- Experience in skincare, cosmetics, or beauty is an advantage.

Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities and maintain relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Respond to customer complaints and recommend solutions.
Skills
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying and selling to professional beauty saloons, aesthetic clinics and spas; and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Sells products and services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions tailored to each customer's needs.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets set by the management.
- Maintains quality service by responding to customers in a timely manner, solving customer issues/complaints, and recommending business solutions to the clients.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure the solution.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Possess excellent communication skills, customer relationship/service management, and ability to multitask.
- At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field (added advantage for experience in skincare/cosmetics/beauty/personal care).
- Ability to multitask.
- Highly driven by sales figure, targets and commission.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Sales, Customer Relationship or equivalent.
The candidate will act as a Sales Executive for this job position.
