We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive in Southern Region (Johor & Melaka) to help us achieve our sales targets and grow our business.
Here’s what you’ll do:
Achieve Sales Targets: Take responsibility for hitting sales goals in your assigned areas by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
Sales Promotions: Plan & manage sales promotions, product displays, and cost analysis to drive sales in the market.
Gather Market Insights: Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and gather market intelligence to stay ahead.
Build Strong Relationships: Maintain good rapport with dealers and clients, ensuring satisfaction and strong business partnerships.
Grow Market Share: Identify and develop new business opportunities, targeting profitable growth and expanding distribution channels.
Ensure Smooth Operations: Manage documentation (e.g., invoices, statements) for dealers and ensure payment collections are up to date.
Work in a Team: Collaborate with the team to achieve company goals and promote a positive work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience & Skills: Degree/Diploma (or equivalent experience), with a strong background in the bedding/furniture industry (preferably in Southern regions: Melaka / Johor).
Sales-Driven: Hunger for achieving sales targets, with strong business and sales acumen.
Self-Starter & Motivated: Entrepreneurial mindset and a "hunter" attitude to drive results.
Team Player: Strong collaborator with integrity, honesty, and commitment.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using spreadsheets and word processing tools.
Valid Driver’s License: Essential for travel in assigned regions.
Ability to speak, read, and write in Mandarin is essential for this role. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."
