Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement onboarding and talent retention strategies.
  • Mentor and guide junior HR staff in recruitment processes.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement — Handle complex employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary actions; design and oversee employee engagement programs and initiatives; advise managers on HR policies, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Payroll & Leave Administration — Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including attendance tracking, OT calculation, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS); manage employee leave records and ensure accurate leave entitlement and utilization tracking; handle monthly staff claims verification and submission.
  • HR Documentation & Compliance — Maintain and update employee records (personal files, contracts, amendments); prepare HR-related letters (offer letters, confirmation, warnings).
  • HR Strategy & Policy Development — Contribute to HR projects such as performance management system enhancements and HRIS implementation; prepare HR analytics and reports for management review.
