Job summary
A leading pet food manufacturer in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, is seeking an Engineering Coordinator to coordinate maintenance and project activities. The role requires strong skills in communication, financial monitoring, and data management. Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma, experience in a coordination role, and familiarity with CMMS software. This position ensures effective communication between internal teams and external vendors, supporting efficient workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Technical certification or an Associate's degree preferred.
- Work Experience: Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in engineering or maintenance.
- Familiarity with CMMS software (LIMBLE or similar) and basic project management training required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with local and international vendors for maintenance and projects.
- Monitor and process procurement requests and financial tracking.
- Provide support for project and maintenance planning activities.
