As an HR Assistant, you will support the day‑to‑day human resources functions of the company. You will be a core part of the team, gaining hands‑on experience in recruitment, employee coordination, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment and interview arrangements, including job posting, resume screening, and interviews scheduling
• Assist in onboarding processes and employee documentation
• Maintain attendance records, leave management, and HR data
• Support payroll processing and other HR administrative tasks
• Handle employee enquiries and provide general HR support

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or any related field
• No prior work experience required
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well‑organized, responsible, and able to multitask
• Proficient in Mandarin and English
