Job Summary:
Responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and financial support, ensuring smooth day to day operations. This role involves managing documentation processes handling staff travel arrangement, overseeing office supplies and supporting payroll preparation across multiple project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process all related documents including Delivery Order (DO), Invoice (INV) and Payment Vouchers (PV0 in an accurate and timely manner.
Maintaining office supply.
Handle petty cash claim.
Arranging flights and accommodation for staff going for outstation.
Process timesheet and prepare salary summary for multiple site projects (including statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
Handling recruitment process to find suitable candidates, arrange interviews, maintain recruitment listing accordingly, and onboarding session.
Handle the HR aspect of training needs analysis for learning and development within the company.
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative or HR/payroll-related roles
Familiarity with Malaysian payroll procedures and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet tools
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in calculations
Good organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration, HR, Accounting, or related field
Knowledge in Payroll processes and statutory contribution is an added advantage.
