Qualifications

Job description

CARABAO RESTAURANT SDN BHD is seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our growing team. In this full-time role based in Johor Bahru, Johor, you will play a key part in shaping our human resources initiatives and supporting the overall strategic objectives of the company.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures and processes

Overseeing the employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding

Providing HR advisory and support to managers and employees on a wide range of matters

Coordinating learning and development programmes to upskill and engage our workforce

Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations

Assisting with payroll administration and benefits management

Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our HR function

What we're looking for

Minimum 2-3 years' proven experience in a similar HR generalist role, preferably within the food & beverage or hospitality industry

Strong working knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels

Proactive problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset

Proficient in MS Office and HR information systems (AUTOCOUNT PAYROLL & FINGERTECH ATTENDANCE SYSTEM)

Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related field
