Overview

We're seeking an HR Admin Executive to handle a range of HR and administrative tasks. The role will involve recruiting, onboarding, office management, and HR administration.

Job Responsibilities
  • To be responsible for a full spectrum of HR and administrative-related activities.
  • Handle the full spectrum of payroll processing and administration, which includes the generation of monthly payroll and statutory contributions, yearly EA Form, and filing of Form E.
  • Manage all statutory contributions and payments to KWSP, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax, HRDF, etc.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and performance evaluations.
  • To monitor employees, leave and attendance, probationary employees, and conducting job appraisals for employment confirmation.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding, including paperwork.
  • Prepare a letter about staff movement (employment, confirmation, resignation acceptance, etc).
  • Assist in the training and development programs. Ensure the grant submission, training nomination forms submission before training, and training evaluation forms submission after post-training.
  • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance with employment standards.
  • Assist in other (ad hoc) duties and reporting as may be required by the superior from time to time.
Job Qualifications
  • At least a Certificate/Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
