Veegaland Homes is seeking a detail-oriented HR Executive – Payroll to manage end-to-end payroll operations and support HR functions. The role requires ensuring accurate salary processing, statutory compliance, and maintaining strict confidentiality of employee data.

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and within defined timelines
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave, salary, and statutory records
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.)
  • Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and MIS for management
  • Handle employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies
  • Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, and external payroll vendors
  • Maintain payroll documentation and support internal/external audits
  • Ensure confidentiality and data integrity of HR and payroll records
  • Assist in other HR operational activities as required
Requirements
