About the role

KL & Co. PLT is seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join our dynamic team in Kuantan, Pahang. As an Audit Senior, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality audit services to our diverse range of clients. This full-time position is based in Kuantan, Pahang.

What you'll be doing

1. Plan and carry out audit engagement in an efficient and professional manner.
2. Liaise with clients to understand their business operations and all aspects of audit assignments.
3. Supervise and mentor junior audit team members, providing guidance and coaching to develop their skills.
4. Prepare audited financial statements and ensure audit procedures are carried out in accordance with auditing standards and financial reporting standards.
5. Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices.

What we're looking for

1. Degree in accountancy or professional qualification, such as ACCA, CPA, or CA, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant audit experience.
2. Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting standards, audit procedures, and related regulations.
3. Experience in guiding and coaching juniors.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and identify key issues.
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
6. A collaborative mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
7. Willing to travel and able to work independently.
