Job summary
A hospitality company in Kedah is seeking a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests and manage accommodation-related tasks. Responsibilities include registering guests, handling check-in/check-out procedures, responding to inquiries, and providing information about room rates and amenities. Candidates with relevant experience and Diploma/Degree fresh graduates are welcomed. The role requires working shift rotations, including night shifts.
Qualifications
- Able to work on Rotation Shift, including Night Shift (11:00 pm-7:00 am).
- Relevant experience preferred, Diploma / Degree fresh graduates are welcomed.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests.
- Manage all aspects of accommodation.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.

Education
