A leading food and beverage company in Malaysia is seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to develop strategies for category growth. This role involves generating shopper insights, executing omnichannel strategies, and managing promotional activities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree, 5+ years in Trade Marketing and Sales experience. Joining this dynamic team offers the opportunity to influence market share and enhance consumer engagement.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Trade Marketing and/or Marketing with Sales experience.
  • Strong functional skills and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Generate compelling shopper stories for winning strategies.
  • Support the ICP process by identifying key opportunities.
  • Implement activities to drive category growth.
  • Execute omnichannel strategy with tailored plans.
  • Develop briefs with the Marketing team.
  • Manage TTS spend plan vs actuals of the Category.
  • Drive SRM implementation with the sales team.
  • Prepare for new product trade launches.
  • Assist on customized promotional activities.
  • Recommend promotional opportunities and ensure adherence to company policies.
