Job summary
A leading food manufacturing company in Selangor, Malaysia seeks a professional to ensure employee safety, product quality, and effective asset performance. The role involves coaching employees, enforcing standard operating procedures, and ensuring the successful implementation of production plans. Candidates should have a degree in Food Sciences or Engineering and relevant experience in food manufacturing. This position promotes a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team.
Qualifications
- Proven knowledge in food manufacturing or a degree in Food sciences or engineering.
- Relevant work experience either during or after studies.
- Good attitude to work and ability to interact with people.
- Demonstrated leadership ability by leading a project within a factory environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely deployment of people development plan and assure competencies of the team.
- Enforce compliance to standard operating procedures by all personnel.
- Coach employees to exceed job requirements.
- Ensure that working areas are clean and maintained.
- Provide timely feedback and coaching to individuals and teams.
