This role demands effective communication with the Field Sales team and strategic planning to achieve target sales objectives, ensuring adherence to company policies. Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or sales delivering KPIs.
  • Capacity to understand all sales functions.
  • Experience in managing Field Sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure execution of Field Sales Plans & Activities.
  • Manage and lead Field Sales team to meet objectives.
  • Conduct WIES audit and coach the field sales team.
  • Develop new outlet penetration strategies.
