A leading multinational company in Bayan Lepas is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage employee records and HR data concerning compensation and benefits. The role involves audits, administration of Group Insurance, and performance management. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Additional skills in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical abilities are essential. Competitive perks including medical benefits and education support are offered.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR data related to compensation and benefits (Total reward). Conduct audits and review staff data entries, absenteeism reports, and other leave-related reports before month-end to ensure accuracy and prevent errors by team members. Administer monthly Group Insurance declarations and coordinate with the insurance company on enrollment and changes. Coordinate and administer the annual Company Performance Management System, including timelines and documentation. Manage, review, and administer salary packages for executive and managerial-level employees in accordance with company policies. Support annual salary review, bonus and profit‑sharing exercise, and promotion adjustments. Handle employee queries related to salary, benefits, and payroll matters. Monitor and follow up with team members on insurance claims, recruitment offers, and other assigned HR tasks to ensure accuracy and timely execution. Responsible for managing and continuously updating the Company’s Employee Privilege Program, including partnerships with hospitals, hotels, restaurants, and other service providers.
Support audits and ensure HR practices comply with labour laws, RBA, and company policies. Monitor and manage HR-related matters for foreign workers and outsourced manpower agents. Prepare and send monthly HR reports for management, including headcount and turnover, and ensure timely updating of HR headcount data in the company server. Support HR projects and company events as assigned. Administer the Employee Share Option Scheme (ESOS), including system maintenance and audit-related matters. Handle and respond to employee enquiries on HR policies, procedures, and general HR matters. Stay updated on the latest HR-related news, regulations, and compliance requirements.
