We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic team at JIAN HANDLING EQUIPMENT SDN. BHD. in Shah Alam, Selangor. As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
• Reconcile bank accounts and other financial accounts on a regular basis
• Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, such as auditors and tax authorities
• Provide support and advice to the management team on financial matters
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role, preferably in a small to medium-sized enterprise
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
• Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
