A leading company in the construction industry in Malaysia is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage the full set of accounts, liaise with auditors and suppliers on discrepancies, and propose improvements. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma in Accounting/LCCI and be independent, adaptable, and able to multi-task. Fresh graduates are welcomed. This position offers a chance to work in a dynamic environment with competitive compensation.
Assist in handling full set of accounts (account payable, account receivable, bank reconciliation, depreciation provision, P&L, balance sheet and etc.)
Able to liaise with external auditor, tax consultant and appointed financial consultant.
Able to liaise with suppliers in invoice discrepancies.
Constantly identify and propose improvement area as needed.
To support various functional activities at group level.
Perform other related ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Director / HOD from time to time.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Accounting/LCCI
Fresh Graduate are welcome
Independent, adaptable and able to multi-task to meet deadlines.
