Job summary
A leading industrial firm in Malaysia seeks a dedicated Executive Account to join their finance team. The role involves managing accounts payable operations, supporting treasury functions such as cash management, and assisting with tax and audit preparations. Candidates should have a relevant degree and experience of 3-5 years, with strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of financial instruments and ECM knowledge would be advantageous.
- Knowledge in office administration and filing system.
Responsibilities
- Enter invoices into the accounting system accurately and timely.
- Manage the entire accounts payable process.
- Assist in month-end closing and quarterly reporting.
- Maintain filing for accounts payable according to projects.
- Prepare budgets for vendor payments.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive, Account to join our finance team with one of our subsidiary HG Power Transmission Sdn Bhd. To support treasury functions including liquidity and cash management, debt issuance, financial risk hedging (FX/interest rates), securitization, and billing oversight.
Executive Account
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive, Account to join our finance team with one of our subsidiary HG Power Transmission Sdn Bhd. To support treasury functions including liquidity and cash management, debt issuance, financial risk hedging (FX/interest rates), securitization, and billing oversight.
- To enter invoice into accounting system accurately and timely according to various projects.
- Perform, review and manage the entire accounts payable process.
- Interact across divisions related to verification of invoice, payment and accruals.
- Assist on month-end closing and quarterly reporting (reconcile A/P and run A/P related reports).
- Communicate with vendors on any invoicing issues.
- Responds to vendor queries concerning payments of invoices.
- Prepares budgets by established schedules for vendor payments.
- Assist in prepare and maintain fixed assets and fixed deposits schedules including interest.
- Maintain filing for Account Payable according to projects.
- Assist in the preparing of tax and audit schedules.
- Ad Hoc Working Committee: participate in the working groups such as Cost Savings, as and when required.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

- At least a Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of financial instruments, ECM knowledge and SAP/ERP experience would be an added advantage.
- Able to analyze problems, find solutions, and handle difficult situations.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a high level of integrity, and excellent attention to detail.
- Professional fluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Knowledge of financial instruments, ECM knowledge and SAP/ERP experience would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in office administration and filing system.
