Food Safety & Hygiene Supervisor
Job summary
A global hospitality company is seeking a Hygiene Supervisor to ensure adherence to food safety standards and supervision of hygiene procedures at their hotel in Lumut, Malaysia. The role requires at least three years of experience in Industrial Hygiene and proficiency in both verbal and written English. The ideal candidate will train team members, assist in F&B audits, and maintain excellent communication within the team. This position aims to achieve HACCP standards while fostering collaboration across departments.
Qualifications
- 3 years of working experience in the Industrial Hygiene field.
- Good command in English, both verbal and written.
- Able to operate all cleaning equipment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily F&B audits and action plans.
- Supervise hygiene procedures and maintain cleanliness.
- Drive the Continuous Improvement Program.
