Job summary
A leading hospitality company is seeking a Spa Therapist for the Waldorf Astoria Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will provide professional treatments, including massages and facials, while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential. You will also be responsible for maintaining treatment rooms, promoting skincare products, and collaborating with team members. Previous experience in a similar role is required.
