First point of contact for general management queries and overall hotel operations outside normal hours. Handles guest complaints, supports Front Office and accounting.

• Be visible in lobby and public areas.
• Represent GM and senior managers in their absence.
• Maintain knowledge of security and emergency procedures.
• Handle management issues or emergencies, record and resolve.
• Ensure guest complaints are managed promptly.
• Support Night Auditor with Front Desk and accounting duties.
• Produce nightly reports.
• Inform other departments of guest special requests, early/late departures, room changes.
• Maintain awareness of all hotel areas.

• Degree, diploma or formal certification in Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of Front Office supervisory experience in hotel, leisure, and/or retail sectors.
• Current knowledge of health and safety and security procedures.
• Calm, efficient, able to work well under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
