Job summary
A leading global hospitality company is seeking an Outlets Manager for the Hilton Kuching Hotel in Kuching, Sarawak. The role requires 2-4 years of experience in a managerial position in a 4 or 5-star hotel, strong leadership skills, and a customer service focus. Responsibilities include overseeing restaurant operations, improving guest experiences, and managing team performance. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively in English and is not open to sponsorship opportunities. Candidates must have current Sarawak, Malaysia work rights.
