8tree – the global leader in AR-enabled 3D precision surface inspection tools – is hiring for the role of Marketing Executive at our Customer Support Office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Strong work ethic and uncompromising integrity are non-negotiable pre-requisites.

Our tools empower operators with enhanced quality and reliability, thereby improving safety and efficiency in their industrial workflows.

CRM & Marketing Systems

• Serve as the key administrator for CRM (HubSpot) utilization across all departments
• Responsible for further expanding usage, data quality, etc.

Trade Shows & Events

• Support international trade show planning, coordination, and execution
• Assist with pre-event marketing, on-site logistics, and post-event follow-ups
• Selected events may involve international travel to support 8tree’s presence

Digital & Social Media Marketing

• Manage social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and basic community management
• Support campaign planning and performance tracking across digital platforms

Marketing Operations & Coordination

• Work directly with the Marketing Team Lead on day-to-day marketing activities
• Coordinate marketing initiatives with partners, distributors, and internal stakeholders
• Support new projects and initiatives to increase awareness of 8tree’s products and solutions

Campaign & Project Support

• Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns
• Help ensure timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met

Essential

• Professional command of English (written and spoken) for business communication and creative writing (IELTS / TOEFL / Cambridge certification OR working/studying experience in an English-speaking environment)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Executive OR relevant project coordination experience in aviation, aerospace, engineering, or energy industries
• Educational background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Technical & Creative Skills

• Experience using design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent
• Comfortable working with digital content, visuals, and marketing materials
• Good analytical skills with the ability to support data-driven marketing decisions
