This Marketing vacancy will be under the instax/Photo Imaging department.

Marketing Executive/Senior Executive

Oversee the planning and execution of events, including the creation of event materials such as signage, promotional items, and giveaways. Manage all aspects of events from setup to breakdown.

Implement marketing and advertising campaigns, monitor their progress, and make necessary adjustments to achieve goals and objectives.

Develop strategic influencer marketing initiativesand work closely with influencer management companies to execute campaigns successfully.

Plan and oversee the visual merchandisingof authorized dealer outlets nationwide, ensuring displays are updated and aligned with seasonal or festive themes.

Collaborate with the in-house graphic designerto create Instax-related artworks and marketing collateral in line with the marketing team’s requirements.

Support the sales teamby providing insights on market trends, forecasts, and new product information, as well as preparing promotional materials.

Track and manage marketing expensesto ensure budgets are adhered to, and maintain an updated inventory of promotional materials.

Coordinate with the procurement teamto negotiate pricing with suppliers and third-party providers, obtain quotations for marketing materials, and oversee the delivery of outsourced elements.

Follow up on instax after-sales services, including warranty claims and customer support.

Keep track of instax demo unitsloaned to third parties and ensure proper documentation.

Prepare and run reportsto support the superior in creating monthly sales and marketing performance reviews.

Manage project deadlines to ensure all tasks are delivered on time and within budget.

Draft business letters, memorandums, standard operating forms, reports, and other correspondence accurately and in a timely manner.

Perform other tasks or duties as assigned by the superior.

Degree/Diploma holder in marketing or a related field.

Candidates should have 3-5 years of proven marketing working experience, in a fast‑paced operational role and the ability to perform well under pressure.

Have a baseline knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.

Must possess own transport.
