This position is key to driving the success of our marketing campaigns and enhancing our brand presence. You will be central to analyzing ad performance, optimizing strategies, and fostering collaboration across departments. • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms to engage and grow our audience.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads) to maximize ROI.
• Conduct in-depth SEO analysis and implement strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
• Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to monitor campaign performance and website traffic, providing actionable insights.
• Analyze advertising results and present detailed reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, gaming, and advertising technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Drive creative campaigns that resonate with target audiences, particularly in the gaming sector.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in social media management, ads management, SEO, and Google Analytics.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Experience in the gaming industry or a deep understanding of gaming audiences is a significant plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with additional marketing tools and platforms is an advantage.
• A proactive, results-oriented, and innovative mindset.
