We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our marketing team in Yi‑Lai Marketing Sdn. Bhd., a wholly‑owned subsidiary of YB Ventures Berhad. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting various marketing initiatives, administration and operation. The Marketing Executive will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, assist in the execution of marketing strategies to contribute to the overall success of our marketing efforts and ensure smooth and aligned operation.

• Campaign Coordination: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Product Data: Prepare monthly product report and analysis with accuracy.
• Digital Marketing: Assist as necessary to ensure smooth content production.
• Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities. Coordinate logistics, handle registrations, and ensure seamless event execution.
• Product and Marketing Operation: Coordinate with suppliers regarding marketing collaterals design and purchase. Liaise with relevant department on product purchase and planning. Submit vendor payment request, follow up on payment status and paperwork. Monitor PR expenses and invoice.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, ceramic, product development, data administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a marketing, product development or coordination role in tiles or building materials is an advantage.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Strong ability to work independently, collaboratively and multitasking.
