Job summary
A leading professional service firm is looking for a Software Engineer based in Ipoh, Malaysia. The role involves preparing documentation, implementing and supporting SAP installations, and providing technical support to clients. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science or Information Systems and be fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. Responsibilities
- Prepare Blueprint and Scope of Works documents.
- Provide implementation consultancy and support during installations.
- Develop document layouts and reports using Crystal Reports.
- Handle data migration from legacy systems into SAP.
- Maintain enhancement programs integrating with business solutions.
- Configure server and program settings.
- Perform unit testing.
- Support project implementation and solution design.
- Provide technical support to clients.
- Prepare technical documentation.

- Prepare Blueprint and Scope of Works documents.
- Providing implementation consultancy and support consultancy during Installations, upgrades and bespoke customizations of SAP.
- Developing document layouts and reports using Crystal Reports.
- Data migration from client legacy systems into SAP.
- Develop and maintain enhancement programs that integrating with business solutions system.
- Configure server and program settings.
- Perform Unit Testing.
- Work with the project team to facilitate project implementation, including requirement analysis, solution design and enhancement function development.
- Provide technical support to corporate clients.
- Prepare technical documentation.
- More experience on SAP will consider to SAP Consultant or Senior Software Engineer.
- Higher-Diploma, Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
- Preferably 1 year working experience (fresh graduate will also be considered).
- Knowledge in business solutions system is an advantage.
- Mature, independent, innovate, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
- Possess a proactive attitude and is able to be a good team player.
- Proficient in verbal in Cantonese is must.
- Proficient in verbal and written English, Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
