- Advanced Full-Stack Development: Lead the design, coding, and implementation of complex software applications using .NET and PHP frameworks. Focus on building scalable, efficient, and sophisticated full-stack solutions.
- Team Leadership and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to other software developers, promoting best practices and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Senior Technical Expertise: Showcase advanced proficiency in .NET and PHP, augmented by strong skills in Python, Java, and other programming languages. Lead by example in applying the best practices in software development.
- Strategic Problem-Solving: Take charge in identifying and resolving complex software challenges, applying innovative solutions to enhance system performance and user engagement.
- Continuous Technical Leadership: Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and software development trends, leading the team in adopting new methodologies and tools.
- Quality Assurance Leadership: Implement and oversee comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the highest level of application robustness and reliability. Lead initiatives to maintain and optimize existing software.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in full-stack development, especially with .NET and PHP.
