• Payroll Administration: Accountable for the delivery and management of day-to-day payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate processing to meet internal and external audit requirements.
• Support the payroll team: Assist with routine tasks such as Shift Template, Overtime Template, New Hire Template, Payroll Instruction Template, etc.
• Statutory updates: Handle new hire registrations, resignations on statutory portals, and tax filings.
• Daily checks: Perform updates based on staff movements and changes.
• HR Services support: Respond to employee queries via the ASKHR mailbox.
• Project oversight: Lead and support payroll and HRIS administration projects, system changes, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and deadlines.
• Process improvements: Support HR projects, initiatives, and process enhancements within the team and with partners.

Minimum education: Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

• Strong customer service and relationship skills.
• Change leadership, strategic thinking, creativity.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; HR certification preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in HR and payroll administration.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and project management skills; highly organized.
• Knowledge of tax and labor law developments; ability to facilitate stakeholder discussions.
• Ability to analyze operations and report anomalies, with corrective action recommendations.
• Effective planning and time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in IT tools, especially Excel; VB and Macro skills preferred.
