Descripción de la vacante
A leading technology company in Selangor, Malaysia is seeking a System Support Engineer to assist with system testing, pilot deployments, and daily technical operations for their IoT system. The role requires hands-on setup and troubleshooting, along with coordinating with engineering teams to ensure smooth operations. Ideal candidates will have a diploma or degree in a related field and 0-3 years of relevant experience. Opportunities for growth and on-site fieldwork are provided.
Formación
- 0–3 years of experience in system support, field engineering, testing, or deployment.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, networking (IP, Wi-Fi, Ethernet), and IoT concepts.
- Ability to follow test procedures and SOPs accurately.
Responsabilidades
- Execute system evaluation plans for IoT devices, gateways, and backend systems.
- Support pilot deployments at indoor and outdoor sites.
- Set up and configure IoT devices, gateways, and basic network equipment.
- Coordinate with internal teams during testing and deployment activities.
