Job summary

A renewable energy company in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Program Manager to lead a community-driven rooftop solar project. The role involves shaping pilot programs, engaging local communities, and ensuring inclusivity in solar energy adoption. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of program coordination experience, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English. You'll work closely with partners and report to the CEO while utilizing project management tools to drive success.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in program or stakeholder coordination.
  • Experience in community development and building trust across diverse groups.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with local communities and understand their energy needs.
  • Design and implement group-buying pilots in communities.
  • Manage relationships with councils, solar providers, and associations.
  • Supervise outreach coordinator for partner engagement.
  • Monitor project milestones and lead reporting.
  • Manage deliverables and communications with tools.
