A leading aviation company in Johor is seeking a Chief Pilot to oversee and manage flight operations. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with aviation regulations, maintain high safety standards, and conduct pilot training programs. The role requires expertise in flight operations and leadership skills, with a preference for candidates holding an ATPL and a degree in Aviation. Skills
Education
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Pilot located in Batu Berendam. The Chief Pilot will oversee and manage flight operations, ensure compliance with aviation regulations, and maintain high safety standards. Responsibilities include scheduling and supervising flights, conducting pilot training programs, monitoring flight performance, and coordinating with regulatory authorities. The Chief Pilot will also collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and address operational challenges.
- Strong expertise in flight operations, aviation safety, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Proficiency in pilot training, performance evaluation, and instructional methodologies
- Skills in developing operational strategies, managing resources, and problem-solving in real-time situations
- Demonstrated experience in leadership and effective communication within a diverse team
- Comprehensive understanding of aviation technology, aircraft systems, and maintenance standards
- Commercial or Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) with relevant flight hours
- Knowledge of and compliance with international and local aviation regulations
- A degree in Aviation, Aeronautics, or a related field is preferred
