This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Pilot located in Batu Berendam. The Chief Pilot will oversee and manage flight operations, ensure compliance with aviation regulations, and maintain high safety standards. Qualifications

• Strong expertise in flight operations, aviation safety, and compliance with regulatory standards
• Proficiency in pilot training, performance evaluation, and instructional methodologies
• Skills in developing operational strategies, managing resources, and problem-solving in real-time situations
• Demonstrated experience in leadership and effective communication within a diverse team
• Comprehensive understanding of aviation technology, aircraft systems, and maintenance standards
• Commercial or Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) with relevant flight hours
• Knowledge of and compliance with international and local aviation regulations
• A degree in Aviation, Aeronautics, or a related field is preferred
