We are seeking an experienced Account cum HR Executive to join our dynamic team at JNJ Distribution Sdn Bhd. This is a full-time position based in Subang Jaya, Selangor. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a range of Accounting and HR tasks, playing a crucial part in the overall success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Preparing and analysing financial statements and reports
• Assisting with payroll processing and administration
• Coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding
• Providing HR support, including employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
• Conducting research and analysis to support HR initiatives
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective operations

What we4re looking for

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar account cum HR executive role
• Strong proficiency in accounting principles and payroll management
• Excellent HR knowledge, including employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and accounting software
• Familiarity with Malaysian employment laws and regulations
