We are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development & Marketing Executive to support our Malaysia practice, based in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will work closely with Partners, Directors, and the wider APAC BD & Marketing team to drive client engagement, business growth, and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting partners with client pitches, proposals, and presentations.
• Conducting market research and tracking industry/client news.
• Coordinating business development campaigns and client retention initiatives.
• Managing events, communications, and social media activities.
• Supporting award submissions and profile-raising opportunities.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
• 3–5 years’ experience in business development/marketing in a law firm or professional services.
• Strong relationship‑building, organisation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM/Salesforce experience a plus.
