Job Title: Legal & Compliance Executive
Salary Range: RM3500 RM5000
Working Hours: 9 am 6 pm (Mon Fri)
Working Location: Malaysia (accept work from home)
- Draft company regulations, including articles of association, board meeting rules, continental policies, etc.
- Draft contracts related to company-level matters.
- Review business rules, contracts, and external documents draft by business departments.
- Develop compliance regulations for the company according to regulatory requirements.
- Review business rules, contracts, etc., from a compliance perspective.
- Proficiency in English, including fluent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Graduation in law or a related field.
- Familiarity with legal terminology in English.
- Work Location: Malaysia or remote work.
- Prior internship experience in the financial industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Chinese and/or other third languages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel is required.
