Lead and manage end-to-end plant operations to achieve customer delivery, quality, safety, and financial performance targets.

Formulate and execute short- and long-term strategic plans to support business growth and operational sustainability.

Oversee shared service functions across the Nilai campus to ensure effective service delivery and alignment.

Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and external agencies to support business objectives.

• You are a strategic and results-driven leader with a strong operational mindset. You communicate effectively across all levels, lead with integrity, and are able to balance day-to-day execution with long-term planning. You foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Operations, Quality, or Manufacturing management.

Proven ability to drive operational performance and deliver customer satisfaction against defined metrics.

Strong capability in developing and executing strategic plans aligned with business objectives.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across employees, senior leadership, customers, and suppliers.

Experience leading multi-functional manufacturing teams in a global or matrix organization.

Strong knowledge of Quality, EHS, and regulatory compliance within a manufacturing environment.

Track record of driving cultural transformation and employee engagement initiatives.
