Marketing Expertise: 12+ years in marketing leadership, preferably in QSR/F&B or related industries.
Commercial Acumen: Proven track record of driving revenue and transaction growth, not just brand metrics.
Digital Savvy: Deep understanding of digital, social, media, and content-led growth strategies.
Analytical Skills: Ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and measure performance.
Leadership: Strong people leadership skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and influencing skills to manage agencies and partners.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential for effective communication and collaboration.
