Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd – Bukit Merah

Our client is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join their team in a Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) role. Reporting to the Head of Department, you will:

• Support the implementation of WSH programmes across the institution.
• Liaise with Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) coordinators from various offices/departments on EHS reporting and compliance.
• Work closely with the Hospital Services Planning team on design for safety and construction-related activities, including reviewing risk assessments and permits to work.
• Maintain the institution’s risk registry and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Support in-house WSH training sessions and safety promotion activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Valid registration as a Workplace Safety & Health Officer with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
• Experience in monitoring WSH protocols, preferably in healthcare or related fields.
• Familiarity with safety/quality certification programmes (e.g., ISO, safety & health management systems) is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders across all levels.
• A motivated team player with excellent planning, analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Able to adapt to change, work under pressure, and manage challenges effectively.
