• Strategic Leadership: develop and implement long‑term strategies to expand market presence and fertility service offerings; align goals with the company’s mission and vision; identify new growth opportunities.
• Guide operational leaders in setting goals and performance metrics.
• Operational Management: oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring efficient delivery of fertility services; maintain high standards of clinical care and patient safety; monitor and improve patient satisfaction; develop and manage the budget; approve financial plans, reports, and capital investments; work closely with stakeholders for sound financial management and risk mitigation.
• Team Leadership and Development: lead, inspire, and motivate the executive team; foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability; oversee recruitment, training, and development of key personnel.
• Stakeholder Management: build and maintain strong relationships with senior management, consultants, industry partners, regulatory bodies; represent the company in public events and forums; build trust internally and externally.

• Proven experience as a CEO / COO / General Manager in a healthcare services environment.
• Strong background in healthcare management, operations, and patient care delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and maintain financial health.
• Ability to think strategically, innovate, and adapt to a rapidly changing healthcare landscape.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices in fertility services.
