Procurement Executive jobs in Italy

Kopi Kenangan established in 2017; currently we have close to 900 retail outlets across Indonesia and we are the first SEA F&B Unicorn since 2022. We are expanding in Malaysia and we’re looking for a Procurement Executive to join our team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment where you’ll play a key role in procurement and ensuring smooth operations.

Working location: Damansara Utama, Selangor

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field


• Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in F&B, retail, or FMCG industry


• Experience handling international vendors and suppliers


• Fluent in English


• Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus


• Solid SAP knowledge and hands-on experience


• Proficient in Excel

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes across different categories


• Source, negotiate, and build strong relationships with international and local vendors


• Drive cost efficiency and on-time delivery of supplies


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new store openings and daily operations


• Ensure accurate documentation and SAP system updates

• Kopi Kenangan, a much loved coffee chain store with close to 900 outlets across Indonesia;


• Kenangan Coffee Malaysia with more than 88 coffee chain stores;


• Kenangan Coffee Singapore with 7 stores;


• Kenangan Coffee India launched in Apr 2025, 1 Store with aggressive growth plan; and


• Kopi Kenangan Hanya Untukmu, our Ready-To-Drink FMCG subsidiary.
