About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Executive to join our talented team at PH Uni Palm Sdn Bhd, based in Johor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring efficient and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services to support the company's manufacturing and logistics operations.

What you'll be doing

Search for suppliers to purchase product.

Received and record requisitions form.

Checking item detail with mill.

Monitor and negotiate product specification, price, delivery, L.A.D., etc to achieve cost and quality competitiveness.

Ensure timely delivery and quality of products / services as agreed and after sales services.

Follow up, checking and verify invoices before submit to Account Department.

Input stock data information in the system and checking stock quality.

Efficient and effective stock control and monitoring.

Record and filling.

Manage other or special or ad-hoc projects assigned by the HOD or the Management.

What we're looking for

Candidate must possess at least Diploma, bachelor's degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain or any field.

At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.

Experience in Palm Oil Mill will be additional advantage.
