A leading corporate services provider in Johor is seeking a Corporate Secretarial Executive/Senior Executive to manage client portfolios and oversee compliance with corporate regulations. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in Singapore corporate secretarial work and possess relevant qualifications. This is a work-from-home position requiring occasional travel to Singapore. The role demands strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

This role is based in Johor Bahru and fully work-from-home, with occasional travel to our Singapore office.
Possess a diploma, degree, or other professional qualifications.
Minimum of 3 years of Singapore corporate secretarial experience.
Strong knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act and other relevant regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
Service-oriented with mature thinking and a positive attitude.
Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries.
Oversee the formation of Singapore and offshore companies.
Handle routine corporate secretarial matters, including Annual General Meetings, changes of officers, share transfers and allotments, updating registers, and maintaining minute books.
Address clients’ requests and inquiries, including client meetings as necessary.
Manage the striking-off of companies and administration of CorpPass.
Supervise and mentor junior staff members.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with regulatory bodies and external advisors.
Perform administrative and other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.
