Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team! This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end payroll processing, employee compensation and benefits administration, and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Administer employee benefits, including medical claims, PERKESO claims and other statutory benefits.
  • Process and manage employee claims such as travelling, outstation and trailer claims in accordance with Company policy.
  • Manage overtime compensation and employee advance requests.
  • Support the development, maintenance and review of salary structures.
  • Prepare and issue HR letters related to salary adjustments and compensation changes.
Payroll Management
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and within stipulated timelines.
  • Ensure timely statutory contributions and payouts, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and other applicable deductions.
  • Prepare payroll reports and analysis for Management review.
  • Perform reconciliation of payroll transactions and related records.
  • Manage payroll cost allocation and cost center charging.
Governance & Compliance
  • Coordinate employment contract stamping in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Prepare and submit statutory tax filings to LHDN, including CP21, CP22, CP22A and other relevant submissions.
  • Prepare and distribute EA Forms to employees within statutory timelines. Manage annual Form E submission.
  • Ensure payroll and HR practices comply with applicable labor, tax and statutory regulations.
Others
  • Coordinate and support Company events and employee activities.
  • Provide support for Environment, Safety and Health (ESH) initiatives.
  • Support initiatives and projects led by the Corporate HR team.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
