A leading home furnishings retailer in Petaling Jaya is hiring a Security Manager to oversee security operations at their Centre. Responsibilities include monitoring compliance with local safety regulations, managing emergency responses, and conducting security training for staff. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, 2-3 years of relevant experience, and strong analytical skills. This role requires proficiency in English and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in operations and building Safety and Security.
  • Ability to design and deliver training related to safety and security.
  • Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to safety and security.

Responsibilities

  • Key person for Security of the Centre.
  • Monitor compliance with safety and security regulations.
  • First response to security-related incidents and conduct investigations.
