Responsibilities / 工作职责
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding
    负责员工全流程管理:招聘、入职、培训、绩效管理及离职手续
  • Handle internal recruitment and talent development initiatives
    负责内部招聘及人才培养计划
  • Provide HR consultation on policies, benefits, and procedures
    为员工提供人力资源政策、福利及流程相关咨询
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
    维护员工资料及人事档案
  • Organize employee engagement and team-building activities
    策划员工活动,促进良好企业文化
  • Support management in HR planning and decision-making

Requirements / 任职要求
  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
