Let's Talk About the Role:
Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to GMP, regulatory requirements, and other business systems including Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality standards.
Resource Management: Oversee monthly team scheduling and manage overtime plans.
Preventive Maintenance: Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency.
Troubleshooting: Provide guidance to technicians and coordinate with stakeholders to address troubleshooting activities and unplanned downtimes.
Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering Teams to resolve complex issues and drive Business Excellence initiatives.
Inventory Management: Manage spare tools and machine spare parts inventory.
Training: Develop and execute training plans while maintaining accurate training records.
Team Development: Actively develop self and team members to enhance overall team competencies.
Document Integrity: Ensure the integrity of documents and records, such as Maintenance Logs.

Let's Talk About Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Minimum Diploma in mechanical, electrical, or electro-mechanical technology.
Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in the field.
