Responsibilities
  • Assist in implementing and administrating the various Human Resource functions such as record and administration of attendance record, leave and overtime record in weekly or monthly basis.
  • Support the HR Manager in compliance with all Company policies, procedures and regulation.
  • Handle sourcing, selection and recruitment work for non-executive employees.
  • Conduct new employee onboarding program and exit interview as and when needed.
  • Process and prepare monthly payroll in a timely manner to ensure zero inaccuracies in payroll and related records, responsible to deal with relevant government and statutory bodies to comply with government rules and regulation.
  • Coordinate training and evaluate the employees training needs.
  • Participate in assigned HR projects or new initiatives for long term success of organization in creating a high performing culture.
  • Handle foreign worker administration duties such as update foreign worker master listing, arrangement for FOMEMA medical check-up, passport, working permit renewal and etc.
  • Compile foreign worker documents and arrange for submission to immigration and government department.
  • Assist in handling employee grievance to ensure conducive working environment, including clarifying and explaining the implementation of company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure proper documentation handled in a most confidential manner.
  • Conduct counseling for disciplinary employees, motivation and retention.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements
  • Degree holder in HR Management or Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • HR generalist with minimum 5 years of experience in HR & Administration.
  • Well-versed in HR legislation & payroll function are essentials. Experience in foreign workers management is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in using computer/MS Office is a prerequisite and exposure to HRIS (particularly in Boss i-Net) is an added advantage.
  • High integrity and compliance.
  • Assertive personality and able to interact with all level of people.
  • Able to work under pressure and tight timeline with minimum supervision.
