A food-focused social enterprise in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Retail & Product Manager to oversee retail platforms and marketing strategies. Competitive remuneration between RM2000 - RM3200 is offered based on experience, along with access to workshops and organic produce.

- To manage our retail platforms: our online shop, retail partnerships and client channels
- Involvement in our offline / online marketing strategies, to meet revenue and conversion goals
- Responsible for site operations, store merchandising, implementation of long and short term strategy and ensuring customer satisfaction through service.
- To plan and carry out sales activities, promotional events so as to maintain and develop sales of the merchandise in accordance with agreed sales strategy and targets
- To achieve and maintain visual merchandising standards and manage point-of-sale processes
- To purchase, keep and maintain stock and inventory for all merchandise, and actively be involved in receiving of new products
- To maintain customer relations with clients and customers
- To liaise with the team on product development plans and creation of content
- To organise, document and compile content for marketing channels
- To keep track of sales through our channels
- To manage the end-to-end process of retailing: order / printing / packing / delivery / follow-up service
- Proficient in written & spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Chinese and other languages would be an added advantage.
- Proficient with Google Docs / Google Spreadsheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in e-commerce platforms, retail, design, marketing, social media would be an added advantage
- Interest in growing food/ agriculture / horticulture / permaculture / related projects
- RM2000 - RM3200++ EPF & SOCSO, depending on experience
- Access to ESR run workshops and programmes
- Access to organic garden produce
- Cooking facilities at work (on the agreement of following the rules stated by Rimbun Montessori)
