We are seeking a talented and passionate Junior Designer to join our dynamic team in the live entertainment and events industry. In this role, you will work with teams across the region to create visually engaging and aesthetically pleasing designs for our concerts and events. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their design skills within a fast-paced environment and to gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of live entertainment.

1. Work closely with each region’s Marketing team (across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia) to produce visual assets for each show, such as digital artworks, promotional materials, video content, and print collaterals.
2. Produce assets that align with each show’s visual design guidelines and requirements, by taking into consideration the colour schemes, typography, aesthetics, and other design elements.
3. Create and maintain corporate branding assets that align with the company’s identity and brand, such as presentation decks, marketing collaterals, website designs, and merchandise designs.
4. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in order to offer fresh and creative insights and ideas.
5. Assist the team on-site during shows with redemption/merchandise tasks or other duties as needed.

1. Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates, clients, and/or vendors.
2. A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
3. 1-2 years of experience, preferably within the live entertainment or events industry, or with creative agencies (internships and freelance work are also considered).
4. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro); any other relevant tools (Final Cut Pro, Figma, etc.) are a plus.
5. Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and design principles.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well independently and with teams around the region.
7. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Ability to take constructive feedback and grow in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
9. A passion for live entertainment, concerts, and events.
