About the role
As a Human Resources Executive at Omega Health Products Sdn Bhd, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the overall human resource operations of the company. This full-time position is based in Semenyih, Selangor and will involve a diverse range of HR responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of the organisation.
Job Responsibilities
Maintaining employee records and files in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
Administering employee benefits and other HR-related processes to check Employees overtime claim, Payroll system information and Data (Incl. staff's annual leave, medical application & etc)
Fulfilment relating to foreign workers Employment Contract Completion matters
Prepare monthly payroll & liase with regulatory Bodies (LHDN, KWSP, PERKESO, HRDF & GOVERNMENT) for employee matters
Collaborating with managers to identify and address staff training and development needs
Coordinate staff Training Schedule & Filing Training record.
Assisting with the recruitment process and onboarding of new employees, including coordinating interviews, background checks, and orientation programmes
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Studies or any relevant field
At least 2 years of experience in human resources role, preferably in the healthcare or manufacturing industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing practical and effective solutions
Proficient in HR-related software and data management, with the ability to maintain confidential employee information
Preferable familiar with payroll system and knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and regulations related to human resources management
A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed
