A marketing company in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated HR/Admin professional to manage payroll, monitor staff records, and ensure compliance with employment regulations. Candidates should hold a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and have 2-3 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with HR software and strong organizational skills are essential. This role requires effective communication and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Process monthly payroll and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EIS).
Monitor staff attendance, leave records, and maintain accurate employee records.
Ensure proper documentation of staff benefits, contracts, and personal files.
Handle onboarding, confirmation, resignation, and offboarding processes.
Support recruitment, interviews arrangement, and new hire orientation.
Prepare monthly HR & Admin reports and provide data to support management decisions.
Assist with staff benefits, travel arrangements, and office administration.
Support employee engagement programs and company events.
Ensure all HR processes are compliant with ISO standards and Employment Act requirements.
Perform any other duties assigned by HR Manager or Admin Manager.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR/Admin preferred.
Knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act and statutory requirements.
Familiar with HR/Payroll software such as EPE Payroll.
Familiar with AI tools to support HR reporting, data analysis, or administrative automation.
Computer literate (MS Office, Email, Cloud-based tools).
Conversant in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Good communication, detail-oriented, strong time management skills, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Meticulous and organized in handling confidential information.
