Join our thriving team at PERBADANAN PENGURUSAN VIDA BUKIT CEYLON' as an Admin Assistant. In this full‑time position based in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operations of our organisation. As an integral member of our Administration & Office Support team, you will contribute to the smooth running of our office and assist with a variety of administrative tasks.

What you’ll be doing
  • Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and other clerical duties
  • Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, and managing travel arrangements for the team
  • Handling incoming communications, such as phone calls, emails, and correspondence, and directing them to the appropriate individuals
  • Maintaining and updating office records, databases, and filing systems
  • Assisting with event planning and logistical support as needed
  • Performing other ad‑hoc administrative tasks as required
What we’re looking for
  • At least 1‑2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in the office management industry
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer‑focused approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment
  • Able to speak and write proficiently in Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Good problem‑solving skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
