Your new role
As an Engineering Manager, you are required to spearhead projects and manage client's expectations whilst fostering relationships externally and creating a good development culture internally as well.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 10 years of experience in Software Development or any IT related field with strong business acumen.
• Excellent leadership skills with strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Managed up to at least 5-10 headcounts in the past.
• Degree holder in computer science, engineering or any related discipline.
• Financial Services Experience will be an added advantage.
• Great passion for the latest technologies, self-motivated, resourceful and able to work independently.
