Roles and Responsibility
· Oversee end-to-end HR and administrative operations using digital platforms and task management tools (Microsoft Office 365) to streamline workflows and boost efficiency.
· Manage the digital employee lifecycle including onboarding, transfers, and exits through HRIS platforms (Info Tech) ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
· Coordinate recruitment and performance management through job portals, ATS, and digital appraisal systems to support efficient and structured talent processes.
· Maintain secure digital filing systems and office documentation using cloud-based platforms (OneDrive, SharePoint, SignNow) for seamless access and retrieval.
· Handle procurement, inventory tracking, and office asset management using online databases, ensuring updated digital records and proper resource allocation.
· Organize virtual interviews, events, and training programs using video conferencing tools, digital calendars, e-learning platforms, and online booking systems.
· Conduct employee engagement initiatives and feedback collection via digital surveys and forms to enhance workplace experience and communication.
· Track and report HR and office performance metrics using spreadsheets, dashboards, and analytics tools, while continuously identifying digital solutions to improve operations.
· Collaborate with team members on projects and ad hoc tasks, participating in brainstorming sessions and applying digital tools to streamline administrative and HR functions.
Requirement
· Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
· 1–3 years of HR and Administrative experience with exposure to Microsoft Office 365, HRIS system and digital tools.
· Experience with digital filing systems and workflow software is an advantage.
· Strong attention to detail, tech-savvy, and proactive in adopting digital solutions.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a tech-driven environment.
