Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, analyse, and report on inventory and logistics data (stock aging, expiry, demand trends).
  • Plan and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts, overstocks, and excess inventory.
  • Develop accurate demand forecasts and supply plans, aligned with sales and business objectives.
Logistics & Distribution
  • Coordinate daily logistics operations, including freight booking, customs clearance, and deliveries.
  • Liaise with and manage the appointed distributor/3PL, including KPI monitoring and issue resolution.
  • Optimize transportation costs, delivery lead times and service levels.
  • Support audits and maintain SOP adherence with internal teams and distributors.
People & Administration
  • Manage, guide, and develop direct reports across logistics, admin, and sales operations.
  • Oversee office administration, procurement, vendor coordination, and facilities support.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align forecast with business goals.
  • Any other assignments and responsibilities deem vital to the company’s business growth.
Knowledge, Skills & Experiences
  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in logistics, supply chain, administrative support or related operations, managerial experience will be preferred.
  • Strong capability in inventory analysis, shipment coordination, and reporting.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suites (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
