The HR Executive role supports the daily operations of the Human Resources department, focusing on providing comprehensive support across the employee lifecycle by supporting a broad range of HR functions including employee relations, benefits administration, and recruitment. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a dedication to strict confidentiality and accurate record‑keeping to ensure the efficient delivery of HR services.
Assist the Assistant Director of HR in all employee relations matters with a strong focus on performance and conduct management, ensuring all disciplinary, grievance, and conflict resolution processes adhere strictly to Malaysian labor laws and ISKL policies. This includes preparing necessary documentation, scheduling meetings, and supporting/participating in performance and conduct management discussions with employees and managers.
Monitor and report to the Assistant Director of HR on any emerging performance or conduct trends to help maintain a harmonious work environment.
Process and maintain all official documentation and tracking systems for government‑related matters (e.g., visas, work permits) concerning employees and their dependents.
Prepare documents and coordinate submissions to relevant government agencies (Immigration, ESD, MOE) to ensure timely application and renewal processes.
Manage documentation and tracking for employment and government‑related matters for employees and their dependents.
Stay updated on changes to local labor laws and government requirements.
Manage all aspects of employee insurance, including enrollments, cancellations, claims coordination, billing reconciliation, and communicating annual benefit changes to employees.
Process and track all other employee requests related to benefits, medical claims, leave management, education support, and reimbursements.
Act as a point of contact for employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records in line with employment and labour law requirements.
Prepare and update employment contracts, addendums, and related HR documents with attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
Support all stages of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to off‑boarding, with efficiency and care.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Strong foundational knowledge of Malaysian labor and employment laws (specifically concerning performance management, conduct, and disciplinary action) and will be expected to be familiar with ISKL policies.
Working knowledge of government procedures, laws, or regulations concerning all non‑Malaysian working professionals, including visa and work permit application processes.
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and/or any other required software related to HR or Government purposes.
Meticulous organizational skills for planning and preparing correct and updated compliance documents.

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or its equivalent.
Three (3) years of working experience in a similar capacity.
A passionate advocate and learner in all aspects of Human Resources.
