We are seeking an experienced Admin Executive to join our dynamic team at GSKL Property Holding Sdn Bhd in our Kuala Lumpur City Centre office. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain various office administration systems, including filing and records management.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, arrange travel logistics, and provide general administrative assistance to the team.
  • Assist with the organisation and execution of corporate events and functions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow.
  • Liaise with internal departments (finance, marketing) to ensure timely processing of sales transactions.
  • Coordinate with external parties such as lawyers, banks, and consultants on documentation and approvals.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer and property transaction records.
  • Track sales claim progress from booking to completion.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in the property or real estate industry.
