Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Assistant Vice President in developing strategic approaches during project delivery, particularly in the development planning stage, and monitor project progress effectively.
- Work on development feasibility, cash flow budgeting, planning, and monitoring, including project dashboard reporting during development activities, and liaise with authorities regarding development planning.
- Coordinate with local authorities in Selangor and Pahang for planning approvals during pre-development and project implementation, especially with KM, BP, R&D, and related departments.
- Liaise with relevant consultants during pre-development and implementation to ensure work aligns with plans.
- Implement company policies, SOPs, and follow instructions as required.
- Perform administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Building, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, Quantity Surveying, or related property fields.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in property development or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge in project development, construction management, contract administration, with attention to detail and innovative thinking.
- Knowledge of architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical works.
- Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Team player with self-motivation and a proactive attitude; capable of working independently.
- Ability to liaise with consultants and authorities effectively.
- Willing to work long hours, face challenges, and meet deadlines.
- Proven project management skills in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; skills in Power BI, AutoCAD, Photoshop are advantageous.
