Reports To

Assistant Manager, Safety, Health, Security & Environment

Role Purpose

Implement and carry out specific Safety, Health, Security & Environment management activities within MAB Engineering. This role involves administering the administrative tasks of Safety, Health, Security & Environment, including providing procurement support to the department—such as raising Purchase Requests (PR) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) in SAP for purchases and services under the supervision; arranging travel and accommodations for team members, including hotel bookings, flight tickets, RISTA, and assisting in updating all manuals related to Safety, Health, Security & Environment. Additionally, this role ensures compliance by employees and visitors with all Safety, Health, Security, and Environment regulations and procedures at the workplace.

Key Accountability

1. Carry out and assist in SHSE audits, including tracking and monitoring, and conducting audits.
2. Conduct daily surveillance and investigate any malpractices related to Safety, Health, Security & Environment at the workplace.
3. Investigate accidents, near-misses, dangerous occurrences, occupational poisonings, or diseases.
4. Compile monthly statistics on accidents and incidents.
5. Ensure only authorized vehicles and personnel access MAB Engineering Services Complex.
6. Conduct training, briefings, drills, and other activities related to Safety, Health, Security & Environment.
7. Update the Register of Chemical Hazards at the workplace.
8. Coordinate emergency responses on a 24-hour basis.
9. Engage with suppliers, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders such as Group Procurement and Finance.
10. Order and maintain stock of stationery supplies.

Qualifications & Working Experience

1. Diploma with 2 years of working experience OR SPM/equivalent with 5 years of working experience in aviation, with knowledge in Safety & Environment, SAP system, and AMADEUS (advantage).

Areas of Experience

1. Airline Engineering Industry, aviation, with knowledge in Safety & Environment, SAP system, AMADEUS, and AMOS.
