Role Purpose
Implement and carry out specific Safety, Health, Security & Environment management activities within MAB Engineering. This role involves administering the administrative tasks of Safety, Health, Security & Environment, including providing procurement support to the department—such as raising Purchase Requests (PR) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) in SAP for purchases and services under the supervision; arranging travel and accommodations for team members, including hotel bookings, flight tickets, RISTA, and assisting in updating all manuals related to Safety, Health, Security & Environment. Additionally, this role ensures compliance by employees and visitors with all Safety, Health, Security, and Environment regulations and procedures at the workplace.
Key Accountability
- Carry out and assist in SHSE audits, including tracking and monitoring, and conducting audits.
- Conduct daily surveillance and investigate any malpractices related to Safety, Health, Security & Environment at the workplace.
- Investigate accidents, near-misses, dangerous occurrences, occupational poisonings, or diseases.
- Compile monthly statistics on accidents and incidents.
- Ensure only authorized vehicles and personnel access MAB Engineering Services Complex.
- Conduct training, briefings, drills, and other activities related to Safety, Health, Security & Environment.
- Update the Register of Chemical Hazards at the workplace.
- Coordinate emergency responses on a 24-hour basis.
- Engage with suppliers, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders such as Group Procurement and Finance.
- Order and maintain stock of stationery supplies.
Qualifications & Working Experience
- Diploma with 2 years of working experience OR SPM/equivalent with 5 years of working experience in aviation, with knowledge in Safety & Environment, SAP system, and AMADEUS (advantage).
Areas of Experience
- Airline Engineering Industry, aviation, with knowledge in Safety & Environment, SAP system, AMADEUS, and AMOS.
