Job Description

Day To Day

• The successful candidate will work closely with the sales, tech and product teams to identify growth opportunities and develop effective marketing campaigns that increase our user base.
• Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns and activities to drive awareness of our loyalty program solution among retailers, restaurateurs and marketers.
• Identify and target key decision makers and influencers within the target audience to drive product awareness and adoption.
• Manage the team that utilizes social media, paid advertising, content marketing and SEO to drive traffic and leads.
• Execute guerilla marketing strategies to build more trust and awareness amongst our target market.
• Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute promotions and events.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Increase in brand awareness and consideration among target audience.
• Increase in website traffic, lead generation and adoption rates.
• Increase in user engagement and retention rates.
• Increase in product adoption rates among target audience.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in marketing or growth hacking, preferably in a B2B SaaS company would be preferable
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Passion for technology, startups and innovation.
