Job summary
A recruitment agency in Malaysia is seeking a Principal Officer for a Labuan Licensed Entity to lead regulatory compliance and operational readiness under Labuan FSA. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree and 9+ years in corporate management or regulated sectors, demonstrating strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Responsibilities include director duties, regulatory oversight, and strategic leadership to ensure compliance and operational integrity in the money broking business.
Qualifications
- Malaysian citizen with minimum 9 years of senior-level experience.
- Proven track record in regulatory compliance and corporate management.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with regulators and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Resident Director and liaison with Labuan FSA.
- Oversee licensing application and compliance requirements.
- Provide strategic leadership and ensure regulatory compliance.
