Job summary

Responsibilities
  • Assist in recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, collecting requirement documents and coordinating on boarding, mainly Direct Labour.
  • Support new employee on boarding and provide ID cards, access cards, etc.
  • Support attendance tracking, leave recording, and monthly payroll inputs.
  • Liaise with cross-department for collecting attendance data.
  • Assist in organize training sessions and employee engagement events.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness of office premises.
  • Always coordinate with relevant department for further action of improvement in cleanliness and safety.
  • Assist in transport arrangement, hostel management if necessary.
  • Prepare and update administrative reports, checklists, and logs.
  • Assist in organizing company events, celebrations, and welfare activities.
  • Ad hock task from superior.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or above in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Less than 1 to 2 years of experience in HR or Administrative roles.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR procedures and office administration.
  • Team player and well organizational skills.
  • Experience working in manufacturing industry and knowledge in factory compliance will be priority.
  • Mandarin speaking will be added advantage.
