Qualifications

  • At least 5-8 years of relevant working experience in investment banking, fund management, or similar fields.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives including M&A and fundraising.
  • Assist in investment evaluation and prepare financial models.
  • Facilitate due diligence processes with stakeholders.
  • Support fundraising activities and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor division performance and prepare reports.

Skills
