A digital business solutions provider in Malaysia is seeking a full-time Customer Service Administrator. In this role, you will manage administrative support, handle customer inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will need strong communication skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Asia Travel Soft Sdn. Bhd is a Malaysian 1st technology company established to provide digital business solutions for travel agencies and tourism operators. The company develops and operates an integrated cloud-based platform designed to help travel agencies digitalize their business operations, improve financial management, and increase sales efficiency through automation and data-driven tools.
This is a full-time on-site role, office located in Mont Kiara Kuala Lumpur. The Customer Service Administrator will handle day-to-day tasks such as administrative support, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving complaints, and providing excellent customer support. The role will also involve enhancing the overall customer experience and maintaining effective communication with clients.
Customer Support and Relationship Management - Serve as the main point of contact for customers via WhatsApp support groups. Understand client’s requirements and coordinate with internal team to resolve customer issues and/or complaints in timely manner.
Provide administrative support to sales team and management to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare reports, handle data entry and maintain accurate documentation and digital databases, track project progress.
Product Demo and users training coordination work.
Customer Payment & Collection Monitoring.
Assist in office administration tasks such as office upkeep, respond to office phone calls, and email messages promptly and professionally and other ad-hoc office tasks.
This position is opened for Malaysia citizen only.
This position is based at Solaris Dutamas/Mont Kiara KL.
Minimum Diploma in any field with a passion for growing, preferably Junior Executives with 1-2 years experience in Customer Service and passionate in the software industry. Fresh graduates are encouraging to apply.
Strong Communication and problem-solving skill.
Organized, strong execution and multitask skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools.
Required language(s): Primary in English, B.Malaysia.
Willing to travel customer site when necessary.
