The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and multitasking skills, with experience in event coordination and excellent communication abilities in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is essential, along with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly. This position may require occasional travel within Malaysia.

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Country Sales Manager. This role requires an energetic, and professional individual who is positive, cheerful, and able to maintain confidentiality. The Executive Assistant will manage schedules, coordinate business activities, and support event planning to ensure smooth operations and alignment with business objectives.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Country Sales Manager, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and correspondence.
Prepare presentations, reports, briefing materials, and other documentation as required.
Act as a key liaison between the Country Sales Manager, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive business information and communications.
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing corporate events, meetings, trainings, and recognition activities.
Coordinate event logistics including venues, speakers, materials, travel, and on-site arrangements.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up on action items, deadlines, and requests.
Proactively update the Country Sales Manager on task progress, pending actions, and key developments.
Support ad-hoc projects, initiatives, and special assignments as required by the Country Sales Manager.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar administrative role; experience in event coordination is highly desirable.
Interest and experience in branding and social media content creation is highly preferred.
Energetic, positive, and cheerful personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Highly trustworthy, professional, and able to exercise discretion with confidential information.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools.
Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced, multi-market environment.
Willingness to travel occasionally within Malaysia as required.
