Property Sales Manager (Iskandar Puteri)

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to guide and motivate the sales team in achieving the sales targets. This role involves shaping sales strategies, creating competitive packages, contributing to product development and pricing, and conducting training to enhance team performance.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead and manage sales team to ensure the sales targets are achieved.
• Responsible in developing sales strategies, propose attractive sales packages and providing feedbacks.
• Participate and provide input during product development and price setting stage.
• Conduct in-house training to sales & marketing staff to ensure they are improving their sales strategies.
• Familiarize with Business Plan target and develop overall sales strategy for given projects.
• Identify the competencies gaps between sales staff and work closely with HR to develop sales training manual.

What We're Looking For

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing or any related disciplines.
• At least 7 - 10 years working experience in the sales of residential and commercial properties.
• Experience in property developer will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge in building/property specifications.
