The General Manager will hold full accountability for the hotel’s strategic direction and overall operational leadership. The GM will lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver high-class guest experiences, elevate service standards, and optimize business performance. This role demands a forward-thinking leader with a passion for hospitality excellence, commercial acumen, and a commitment to operational excellence..
· Lead the hotel’s entire operations encompassing Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, Finance, Sales & Marketing, and Human Capital functions.
· Provide clear strategic direction to deliver superior guest satisfaction and sustainable profitability.
· Drive business growth through sound revenue strategies, cost optimization, and operational efficiencies.
· Inspire and lead a diverse leadership team to achieve consistent service standards and operational excellence.
· Ensure compliance with brand, regulatory, and service quality standards.
· Cultivate strong working relationships with key stakeholders including ownership, the corporate office, and external partners.
· Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or equivalent; MBA or Executive Education certifications preferred.
· A minimum of 15 years’ progressive leadership experience within the hospitality industry, including at least 5 years leading a full-service hotel.
· Deep understanding of hotel financial performance, P&L accountability, revenue management, and operational KPIs.
· Proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams and executing strategic business plans.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong business acumen, operational discipline, and emotional intelligence.
