Scania Export Markets Asia (SEMA) is a newly established Business Unit within Scania with the mission to drive the business and to realize the full growth potential in the markets in the region with appointed independent distributors and dealers. We are now looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager with strong informal leadership and communication skills to help drive this growth journey.
As a Regional Sales Manager you will join the SEMA team and be responsible for working together with your colleagues at SEMA and the independent distributors and dealers in The Philippines, Vietnam, Brunei and Cambodia to grow the sales of Scania trucks and buses. You will hence have a very important contribution to realizing the growth potential in the market. A key to success in the role will be your ability to communicate and build relations and trust across cultures in order to gain full leverage of your knowledge and experience.
The geographical base of the position is flexible and decided on a case-by-case basis, but preferably in or near Southeast Asia.
