A leading outsourcing company is seeking a WFH Language Interpreter cum Customer Service Representative. This remote position requires fluency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese while offering competitive pay ranging from RM4,800 to RM9,600. You’ll interpret on-demand calls in diverse sectors and benefit from incentives, equipment provisions, and paid training. Applicants must be residents of Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, or Cambodia and willing to work permanent night shifts according to the Pacific Time Zone. This position is open to all locations within Malaysia/ Indonesia/ Philippines/ Vietnam/ Cambodiaand will be Work from Home (WFH).
As a language translator/ interpreter, you will interpret on-demand calls from diverse sectors such as medical, insurance, legal, and utilities fields (Training provided). Hence, fluency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese is crucial for you to bridge language gaps seamlessly for various English and Mandarin/ Cantonese Speakers.
- Competitive salary of RM4,800 up to RM9,600
- Work from Home/ Remote work (Based in Malaysia/ Indonesia/ Philippines/ Vietnam/ Cambodia)
- Incentives-based Performance up to RM3,000
- Headset & electronic writing pad would be provided (WFH setups)
